Obituary for Nicole L Turner

Nicole L. Turner, 35, a beloved mother and sister, passed unexpectedly on July 3, 2022.

She was born in Portland on January 8, 1987, the daughter of James A. Turner and Cindy J. Griffiths.

Nicole possessed a strong will and strived to take hold of opportunities to better her life and excelled at school, graduating Valedictorian of her class at Massabesic High School. She then went to Cosmetology School, where her many creative talents were appreciated by her clientele. Nicole enjoyed music and it helped her to get in a good space both mentally and emotionally, as well as taking a long hike through the woods. She had her fair share of hardships during her life and was trying her hardest to turn her life around. Nicole loved all her three girls very much and loved spending time with her daughter Mercedez and their long phone conversations.

Nicole’s family is mourning her unexpected death and will cherish the many memories and time they shared together.

She is loved and will be deeply missed by her sisters Mellanie Fuller of Parsonsfield and Tracey Ross of Biddeford, her daughter Mercedez Wormwood of Arundel and two adopted daughters, her nieces Serra Fuller and Cindy Tellier, her nephews Garrett Fuller and Andre Tellier, Jr., and two aunts Peggy Turner and Wendy Cote, her partner Kevin Norris, and many cousins.
