Kevin L. Matthews, 58, passed in the comfort of his home, surrounded in love with his family by his side on December 23, 2022.

Kevin was born in Biddeford on August 30, 1964, the son of Lawrence G. and Meredith R. (DeWitt) Matthews.

Kevin worked in the construction business as a carpenter and at Wood Structures for many years.

He married Rose M. Marrazzo on September 6, 2016 and she lovingly cared for Kevin as he battled his cancer with determination and grace.

Kevin loved football and was an avid Patriots fan, even as they strive to rebuild their team to their former glory days!

Kevin will be dearly missed by those who had the good fortune of knowing him. He has now entered eternal rest and peace.

Survivors include his wife Rose M. Matthews, daughter Elizabeth Matthews, stepson Edward Tetrault and daughter-in-law Lindsey Hawkins, two brothers: Lawrence and Troy Matthews and sister Ann Matthews, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held.
