Obituary for Cynthia A. Carpenter

June 11, 1963 - May 1, 2022 Service Date: Family and friends may visit on Thursday, May 5th from 4 - 6 p.m. at Autumn Green Funeral Home, 47 Oak St., in Alfred, ME. Cindy Riddell Carpenter
6/11/1963 – 5/1/2022 Cindy now resides on a heavenly beach in Gods beautiful Paradise. She leaves behind a loving family of four sons, Ryan, Brady, Mack, and Curran and one daughter, Delainey Ann. As a young Mom her life was very busy caring for five children. As they matured her new home became a Hockey Rink and then a Baseball Field. Up at 6 AM and off to the Hockey Ring and then onto practice at midnight. I think that baby Delainey thought she lived there. Cindy loved all of this as she had been an athlete herself during her school years. She played Field Hockey, Soccer, Softball and at five feet tall, Basketball. Her favorite place to be always – was the Beach. Growing up on the Jersey Shore a must was to spend everyday on the beach working on her tan. Her and the kiddos got plenty of beach time. As time went on, she did as most folks do, she returned to work. She worked side by side with her then husband at his insurance agency, and then onto being an Exercise instructor, and eventually she became a CNA and worked at Nursing homes with people with dementia. A tough job for sure. But her caring nature made her the perfect caretaker and her patients loved her. She will be missed. Her infectious laugh that filled the air with joy is something that will stay with us forever. A trip to the beach will always bring thoughts of her to mind. Rest East Cindy, you are with God and his Angels now. We Love You. . .
