June 20, 1941 - February 20, 2022 Service Date: A private memorial service will be held for her family.   Anna J. Pizer, 80, of Lyman, Maine died peacefully in her sleep on February 20, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Anna was born on June 20, 1941 in Malden, Massachusetts, the daughter of William and Bolitta (Hanson) Mokal. Anna moved to Maine in the early 70’s and began her journey working at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard where she was a welder. She then worked for General Electric in South Portland and at Maine Medical Center the last 19 years in the housekeeping department. She was an extremely diligent worker and raised three children. Her family always came first. Anna loved unconditionally and even through the tough times she made sure the kids had what they needed. She provided a haven with plenty of love, laughter, and memories. Anna is lovingly survived by her daughter, Dvora Debbie Pizer, her son’s: Arthur A. Riley and David W Riley and wife Carmen all of Lyman; her brother David Mokal of Malden, Mass and her granddaughters Megan and Tanya Riley, and many great-grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held for her family. A celebration of her life and cookout will be announced by her family. The Autumn Green Funeral Home is respectfully handling arrangements.
